What If a User’s Password Is Lost?
As long as you have access to the Supervisor user, you will always be able to delete and recreate a new user if the password is lost. However, if you lose the supervisor password and you have no other users with access to the Security Options menu, contact Customer Support at (800) 390-7053 for help.
