GL Recalculate Period Table window
Recalculating the Period Table rebuilds the period totals for your General Ledger Accounts from the audit trail detail. These period totals are used for the Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income Statement (Accounting product only), and Revenue and Expense (Fund product only) reports.
This feature is designed for use whenever you question the validity of the financial statements listed above. After recalculating, the period totals used in the financial statements will equal your Audit Trail totals.
Caution: Be sure to back up your data files prior to using this option.
Account NumberĀ 
Enter the account number or use the Lookup to select the GL Account for which you want to recalculate period totals. To recalculate for all accounts, enter All in the Account Number field.
