Since the basic elements were put in place, your sales might have grown or you might want to see sales revenue for different parts of the store. This can be accomplished by adding another Sales Department GL Key. With a second Sales Department GL Key the number of possible Interface Codes doubles. You can then specify different sales accounts depending on the department from which the item is sold.

Now each sale will automatically post to the specified accounts depending on the stock item selected, discounts, non-inventory items, and sales departments.
