At times, problems or errors can occur that are simple to fix without contacting Customer Support. Here, we indicate some common problems and ways to correct them. I am unable to enter unbalanced journal entry transactions.	If you need to enter unbalanced transactions, make sure that the Allow unbalanced transactions check box on the General tab of the GL Module Preferences window is checked. See Allowing Unbalanced Journal Entry Transactions.
I am unable to post to General Ledger from other installed modules.	First make sure you chose to integrate the other module to General Ledger. If you did, then make sure you indicated in the Module Preferences window of the General Ledger module that entering your forwarding balances is complete. To accomplish this, select Options > Set up the Module Preferences. On the General tab, select the Balance forward entries completed check box (see Entering Beginning Account Balances (Balance Forwards)).
