This option only appears for certain reports and allows you to export your data to a spreadsheet format. If you have Excel® installed, the report will automatically open in Excel.

By default, the report saves to the path you entered on the Print Options tab in Module Preferences or if there is no default on this tab, it saves in your Denali installation folder. You can edit this path and filename. If you have a large data set you want to export, you might need to set up multiple exports and include a smaller range of records in each one; Excel has a limitation of 65,535 records.
