If you select File as the printing destination, you will be given a choice of formats and the ability to specify the file name and path.
Depending on the type of file you choose, you will have different options for the file once it is created.
Plain text (*.txt) The report is saved as a plain text file, which you can open and edit using many word processing software applications.
Microsoft Word® (*.doc): The report is saved as an MS Word document, which you can open and edit using MS Word.
Microsoft Excel® (*.xls): The report is saved as an MS Excel spreadsheet, which you can open and edit using MS Excel.
Adobe Acrobat® (*.pdf): The report is saved as an Adobe Acrobat .pdf file, which you can open and view using Adobe Reader.
HTML 4.0 (*.html): The report is saved in an .html format that you can open and view through your web browser.
XML (*.xml): The report is saved in an .xml format that you can view with software that supports this format.
If you selected to print the report to a file, enter the destination path and filename for the file. If you do not indicate a path, the system will default to the folder in which you installed Denali.
