If you select Printer, you can choose the number of copies to print, whether you want to print on a laser or dot matrix printer (for some reports), and the printer to which you want to send the report.

You can use a laser printer to print reports, statements, or forms. You can also choose to print information for the tax season, such as W-2s.

We do not recommend you use a dot matrix printer with Denali because of the inability of Microsoft® to print to a custom paper size for NT platforms; however, this option is still available to you for certain forms.
