The toolbar contains buttons for easy and quick access to commonly used windows, as well as shortcuts to open the other installed modules, Cougar Dtails, and the Help. A module icon will only appear on the toolbar if you purchased the module and you have security rights to access it.

Depending on the option you select in the CMS Module Preferences window, clicking a module icon will either open a new instance or open an existing instance of that module. If no open instances exist, a new instance opens regardless of the Module Preference setting. Selecting the drop-down next to a module icon gives you the option to view any already open instance(s) of a module or to open a new instance.

Tooltips appear on all toolbar icons so you can see what the icons open without clicking them.
