The workflow provides you with a quick way to access your most frequently used windows in each module. Each module displays a workflow with tasks specific to that module and each icon in the workflow represents a task that you often need to complete while you work in the module. At the bottom of the workflow view are common tasks that don’t occupy a specific place in the workflow order. Click an icon to open a window in which you can complete the task.
