PO Buyer Codes window: Purchasing tab
Use the options on this tab to define security for this buyer when purchasing items.
Layout Code
Type a Layout Code or use the Lookup to select a
layout for the
PO Enter Purchase Orders window that you want this buyer to use. This is a required field.
Maximum Purchase Order Amount
Enter the total maximum dollar amount this buyer is allowed to create a purchase order for. The buyer will be unable to save a purchase order that exceeds this amount.
Maximum Discount Amount
Enter the total maximum amount this buyer is allowed to discount a purchase order. The buyer will be unable to save a purchase order with a discount that exceeds this amount.
Maximum Discount Percent
Enter the total maximum percentage this buyer is allowed to discount a purchase order. The buyer will be unable to save a purchase order with a discount that exceeds this percentage.
