PO Frequency Codes window
Use Frequency Codes to group recurring purchase orders you want to generate together. They are used when you generate recurring transactions in Purchase Order, as well as in other installed modules.
Frequency Code 
Enter a Frequency Code of up to six characters. This code must be unique and will appear in the Frequency Code Lookup.
Description 
Type a description of up to 50 characters for this code. Because it can be so much longer than the code itself, typing a more detailed description can be helpful when you need to distinguish between different codes. This description will also appear in Frequency Code Lookups.
