PO Receiving Labels window
This window is only available if you have Purchase Order integrated to Inventory. Use this window to print inventory labels before you post the items you receive. To print stock item labels after you post the received purchase order, you must do so through Inventory.
Sort By
Use this drop-down to select how you want to sort the label contents. Your options are as follows:
PO Number: this option sorts the labels first by PO Number and then by Stock Number and Location (if MLI is installed).
Stock Number: this option sorts the labels first by the Stock Number, and then by the PO Number and Location (if MLI is installed).
Product Type: this option sorts the labels first by the Product Type, then by Stock Number, followed by PO Number and Location (if MLI is installed).
Location: this option sorts the labels first by the Location (if MLI is installed) and then by Stock Number and PO Number.
Start and End: Batch Number, PO Number, Stock Number, and Product Type
The Start and End boxes allow you to define the range of items for which to print labels. You can include a single item by entering the same value in both boxes. The default for the Start boxes is Start, and the default for the End boxes is End. These default settings include all items that meet the remaining criteria set in the window. Depending on your Integration settings, some fields have a Lookup available. Type the criteria or use the Lookup to select criteria in these fields. For certain range fields, if you modify the default settings, a description appears to the right of or below the field.
If you are using multi-batch mode, the default for the Start and End boxes is the current batch in which you are working. However, if you choose to print the labels based on your on-hand quantity, the Batch Number fields are unavailable.
Filters
These fields only appear if at least one user-defined field (UDF) is set up in Module Preferences. Use these drop-down lists to select an available UDF to filter the labels. Once a UDF is selected, the description for the code appears to the right of this field.
Turn Bar Code On/Off
Select this button to activate or deactivate printing bar codes on your labels. The bar codes will print when this button reads Turn Bar Code Off and they will not print when the button reads Turn Bar Code On.
