Before you post transactions, it’s important to review them using the Edit Reports. These reports allow you to check the accuracy of your data before you post. You can also run the Receiving Report to see the quantity of the items that arrived and what is still outstanding. We strongly recommend that you print and check these reports carefully. Errors are easier to correct if you catch them before you post.
