If you have a Denali version installed before version 2020 v2, you need to uninstall it before you install the new version. If you have version 2020 v2, you can install the new version without first uninstalling the old.

If you use Aatrix, you need to run Denali as an Administrator. If your user does not have Administrator rights on the system, you can change their Denali security in the Change Application Security window.

To access this window, open the Client Utilities menu from the Denali by Cougar Mountain folder. Select Change Application Security and in the window choose Run as Invoker. This will let your user run Denali as if they had Administrator rights and Aatrix will work correctly.
