Sales Maintain Flagged Checks window
When a bank returns a check for any reason, use this window to record information on the bad check.
Checking Account 
Enter the account number on which the returned check was drawn.
Driver’s License # 
Enter the customer’s driver’s license number.
Customer Name 
Enter the customer’s name.
Street Address, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code, Country, and Customer Phone 
Enter the customer’s address and telephone information.
Check Detail Information Grid
Use this grid to enter information about the specific check that was returned.
Date 
Select the date the check was written from the drop-down calendar.
Check # 
Enter the check number that was returned.
Amount 
Enter the amount of the check.
Comments 
Enter any additional comments concerning the check.
NSF Fee 
Enter any fee you are going to charge the customer for the flagged check.
Contacted? 
Select the Contacted? check box after contacting the customer concerning the flagged check.
Settled? 
Select the Settled? check box after the check problem has been resolved.
