There are four menus available when the Sales Order Entry window is open. These menus give you access to some commonly-used features, such as retrieving a transaction, discounting the current transaction, or printing an invoice. The options that are accessible will depend on the salesperson’s rights in the system.

Many of these functions are also accessible by using hot keys or the slide-out menus at the left side of the Sales Order Entry window. The hot keys are listed next to the options in the help.
