When you enter serialized items in the Sales Entry window and move to the next detail line in the grid, the Sales Select Serial Numbers window appears. You can select a serial number for each item from the available serial numbers list or enter new ones manually. After you enter a serial number for each item, click OK to return to the Sales Entry window.

When you enter lot numbered items in the Sales Entry window and move to the next detail line in the grid, the Lot Numbered Item Sale window appears. Enter the quantity sold for each lot number and then click Save to return to the Sales Entry window.
