Selecting the Correct Shipping Address from Multiple Addresses

If there are multiple shipping addresses for the customer, choose the correct one to use for this transaction.

To select an existing shipping address for the current transaction:

1 In the Order Entry or Point of Sale entry window, click the Ship To button next the Shipping Address fields at the top of the window. The Sales Multiple Shipping Address window will open.

2 Use the Lookup in the Company field to bring up a list of existing shipping addresses for the selected customer.

3 After you find the address you want to use, click Select to choose the address and return to the sale.
