These instructions assume you are in one of the sales entry windows. The shipping address is only visible if it is included in this sales entry layout (see Setting Up the Sales Entry Windows).

If you have Accounts Receivable installed and Sales is integrated to it, the shipping address entered on the Billing/Shipping tab of the AR Customers window for the selected customer appears here.

To change the shipping address for this transaction only, type the new shipping address in the Ship To fields.
