Import Expenses window
After you click the Import Expenses button, the expenses that meet the date and report type criteria will import into this grid.
Exclude
Select the check box in this column for any expenses you don’t want to import.
Expense Report
This column displays the expense report this expense came from. It cannot be edited.
Merchant
This column displays the merchant on this expense. It cannot be edited.
Amount
This column displays the amount of the expense. It cannot be edited.
Expense Date
This is the created date or the modified created date of the expense. It cannot be edited.
Submitted Date
This is the date the expense was submitted. It cannot be edited.
Denali Vendor
This is the vendor the expense will be assigned to. If you set up your
Submitters and
Merchants defaults, it will autofill for you, but you can edit it. This is a required field, and blank or invalid accounts display as red.
Denali GL Account
This is the GL account that will be on the direct expense detail line. If you set up your GL accounts in Expensify, it will autofill for you, but you can edit it. This is a required field, and blank or invalid accounts display as red.
Generate Transactions
Click this button when you’re ready to generate these expenses into AP Enter Bills. Transactions are grouped by vendor and expense date. Expenses that share a vendor and expense date will become one direct expense detail line.
