The purchase information fields include the last purchase date, the last purchase amount, and the total amount of purchases for the year to date (YTD).

The return information fields include the last return date, the last return amount, and the total amount of returns for the year to date (YTD).

The payment information fields include the last payment date, the last payment amount, and the total payment amount for the year to date (YTD).

This field shows the total discount amount you were allowed from this vendor for the year. This includes both purchase discounts and early-payment discounts for posted bills entered, but not yet paid.

This field is only visible if you enter a new vendor. If you have a balance with this vendor (either positive or negative), enter that amount in the this field. For negative amounts, meaning the vendor owes you money, use the minus ( - ) key. In this case, the amount shown in the field will be expressed as a negative amount by enclosing it in parentheses, e.g. ($100.00).

This field reflects the number of the last check you issued for payment to the selected vendor.

This field reflects the total amount you owe the selected vendor as of the current Denali date.

This field is only visible when you enter a new vendor. If you include a balance forward amount, enter the fund number to which you want to attach the amount. If you entered an amount in the Balance Forward field, you must enter a fund number in this field.
