You can copy all or some of your active customers from one company to another. You cannot copy a customer if the
Inactive check box for the record is selected in the
AR Customers window.
Use the drop-down to select the company to which you want to copy customer information.
In the Starting AR Customer and Ending AR Customer boxes, enter the range of customers you want to copy or use the Lookup to select the customers. Keep the default Start and End entries to select all active customers. Only customers within the range you select will be copied to the destination company.
Select this check box to copy any
attached files along with customers.
