Add BR Transaction window

This window opens when you click the Add button on a row in the Automated Reconciliation window. Use this window to add a transaction in Denali to match an existing transaction in Yodlee.

You can only reconcile transactions that are before the cutoff date.

Activity Date

This is the date on the Yodlee transaction. If there is no date, today’s date or the cutoff date (whichever is earlier) will autofill. You can edit the date.

Activity Type

From the drop-down, choose the activity type for this transaction.

Check/Doc #

If there is a check/document number in Yodlee, it will show here. If this field is blank, you must enter a check/document number.

Payee

This field is only enabled for Check Activity Types. If there is a payee in Yodlee, it will show here. You can use the Lookup to select a payee for this transaction.

Description

If there is a transaction description in Yodlee, it will show here. If this field is blank, you can add a description.

GL Account

Use the Lookup to select a GL account for this transaction or type the account number in the field. This field is required.
