BR Automated Reconciliation window
You can access this window by clicking the
Automated Reconciliation button in the
BR Reconcile Bank Statement window. The button is only available after you
set up your Yodlee account information.
Starting/Ending Date
Set this range of dates to include the transactions you want to reconcile. Press the TAB or ENTER key on your keyboard to refresh the grid.
Date
This column shows the transaction date.
Desc
This column shows the transaction description.
Payee
This column shows the payee on the transaction.
Check Num
This column shows the check number, if payment was made by check.
Amt
This column shows the amount of the transaction.
Status
This column indicates whether the transaction is matched with a transaction in Denali. The following statuses can appear:
• NO MATCH: this is displayed when the Match column is blank and no transaction matches a Denali transaction.
• MATCH: this is displayed in green when a unique match is found with a Denali transaction. This can either be through the automatic reconciliation when a match is made between amount and check number/date, through manually selecting a transaction in the Match column, or if you previously saved the reconciliation with a Possible match.
• POSSIBLE: this is displayed in yellow if the automatic reconciliation matched a transaction by amount but nothing else. This alerts you to take a closer look at the transaction to see if it’s the correct match.
• DUPLICATE: this displays in red when multiple transactions have the same amount with no other matching information. You can manually match or clear these in the Match column. You must resolve all duplicate lines before you can save the reconciliation.
• ADDED: this displays in green after you add a transaction in the
Add BR Transaction window.
Match
You can use the Lookup in this column to manually match Yodlee transactions with Denali transactions. Double-click to view the Denali transactions in the reconciliation batch and select the one that matches the Yodlee transaction in the row.
Add/Edit
This button is only enabled if the automatic reconciliation cannot find a transaction match. Click the
Add button to open the
Add BR Transaction window so you can add the matching transaction.
After you add a transaction, this button changes to Edit. If you need to make changes to a transaction you added, click the Edit button.
Del
This button is only enabled if you added a matching transaction through the
Add BR Transaction window. Click this button to delete the transaction you added.
