If integration fails, you will see an error message. If you select the OK button, the print options window opens from which you can print the Denali Integration Error Report. Reasons for failure are displayed on the report. The software also saves a time-stamped copy of the report in XML that you can access by selecting Reports > Integration > Integration Error Report and choosing the report you wish to view from the Controller menu bar.
