Budget Reports
The
Budget Reports display revenue and expense activity versus budgeted amounts for a specified period of time.
Select one of the following Report Types from the drop-down list:
• Standard: Prints a statement of revenue and expense activity versus budgeted amounts for both the specified period and the year to date.
• Variance: Prints a statement of revenue and expense activity versus budgeted amounts, as well as the percentage of the budget left to use, for both the specified period and the year to date.
• (Business product only) Profit and Loss: Prints a statement of profit and loss activity for the specified period, as well as its percentage of the total net revenue, for both actual and budgeted amounts.
• (Fund product only) Revenue and Expense: Prints a statement of revenue and expense activity for the specified period, as well as its percentage of the total net revenue, for both actual and budgeted amounts.
(Fund product only) You can choose to run this report for a specific fund or all funds. If you select a fund number that starts on a different date than your fiscal calendar start date, the 13th period will not appear on the report.
You can select the Skip No Activity options to eliminate information on accounts or budgets that have not had any activity during the specified range.
You can
set up Advanced Report Groups and run an advanced Profit and Loss report.
