IN Advanced Sales Information window

InventoryCS > Inventory > Inventory Items menu > IN Stock window > IN Stock window: Sales Info tab > IN Advanced Sales Information window

If you have Specialty Shop installed, you can use multi-pack pricing to sell stock items. This window appears after you select the Advanced Sales Info button on the Sales Info tab in the IN Stock window. Once you finish in this window, select Close to exit back to the IN Stock window.

Allow Multi-Pack Pricing

Check this box to allow multi-pack pricing for this stock item.

Age Verification

Use the drop-down list to select an option to prompt the clerk to check the age of the customer before she sells this stock item.

Multi-Pack Pricing Grid

Use the columns in this grid to specify the settings for multi-pack pricing for this stock item.

Multi-Pack Code

Select the code you want to add to this inventory item. You can include more than one code in this grid.

Use this column to indicate which multi-pack code you want to use as the default.

Price

Enter the price you want to charge when this Multi-Pack Code is used.

Quantity

Enter the quantity requirement for this multi-pack pricing.

Coupon/Buy Down Code

Select the Coupon or Buy Down Code to use with this multi-pack pricing.

Start and End Date

Enter the date range for this pricing.

Coupon/Buy Down Code Settings

Use this section of the window to indicate the Coupon or Buy Down Code and date range of this pricing, if you have not chosen to allow multi-pack pricing.

Coupon/Buy Down Code

Select the code for use with this stock item.

Active Date Range

Enter the date range that this pricing is active.
