IN Stock window: Cost / Quantity tab

This tab displays the date you purchased the item, the quantity of item(s) you purchased, and the purchase cost. If the item you are working with is serialized or lot numbered, the detail grid will also show that information.

Search For Date/Serial Number/Quantity/Cost

Select a column heading to search for data in that column For example, if you are looking for information for a specific cost, click the Cost column heading, type the cost in the Search field and press ENTER. The line item for which you are searching will appear highlighted in the grid.

Cost / Quantity Grid

The cost/quantity grid displays information about the cost and quantity of stock item purchases.

Lot Number

This column displays the lot numbers you entered for the stock item.

Date

This displays the date this quantity was entered into Inventory.

Serial Number

This column displays the serial numbers of the items for which you are tracking serial numbers.

Quantity

This column shows the quantity purchased on this date for the cost listed in the Cost column.

Last Cost

This column displays the last cost of each stock item shown.

Extended Cost

This column shows the extended cost for each transaction.

Rcvd Date

This column only appears for lot numbered stock items and displays the date this quantity was entered into Inventory or received in Purchase Order.

Expiration

This column only appears for lot numbered stock items and displays the expiration date, if any, that you entered for a lot numbered stock item.
