This field displays the transaction number in the batch and cannot be changed.

The label for this field changes based on your selection from the Type drop-down. Use the Lookup to select the Cost Code for which you want to transfer activity. If you select a Cost Code here, it will filter the Original Transaction Lookup to only include transactions for the Cost Code you select.

Use the Lookup to select the activity you want to transfer. If you entered a phase or Cost Code, the Lookup is filtered to show only transactions for those selections.

Leave the default reference number or enter a number up to 20 characters to track this activity. This number must be unique.

Enter a description up to 50 characters for this transfer activity transaction.

The label for this field changes to Units Produced if you selected Process from the Type drop-down. It autofills with the number of units on the original cost activity transaction. You can edit this field.

This field does not appear if you selected Process from the Type drop-down. It displays the original cost per unit. You cannot edit this field.

This field only appears if you selected Process from the Type drop-down. It displays the labor units for the activity you are transferring. You cannot edit this field.

This field only appears if you selected Process from the Type drop-down. It displays the labor cost per unit. You cannot edit this field.

This field only appears if you selected Process from the Type drop-down. It displays the equipment units for the activity you are transferring. You cannot edit this field.

This field only appears if you selected Process from the Type drop-down. It displays the equipment cost per unit. You cannot edit this field.

This field only appears if you selected Process from the Type drop-down. It displays the overhead type you selected when you set up the Process Cost Code. You cannot edit this field.

This field only appears if you selected Process from the Type drop-down. It displays the overhead rate. You cannot edit this field.

After you select a Cost Code below, this field will fill with the job that Cost Code is in. You cannot edit this field.

After you select a Cost Code below, this field will fill with the Phase that Cost Code is in. You cannot edit this field.

From the Lookup, select the Code you want to transfer activity to. The Lookup will display all jobs that contain the Cost Code you selected in the top portion of the window. You cannot transfer activity to a job that does not include the Cost Code you selected above.

These fields only appear if you selected Process from the Type drop-down. They show the cost you will transfer and cannot be edited.

This field displays the total cost activity you will transfer and you cannot edit it.
