Enter the job number or use the Lookup to select the job from which you want to transfer cost activity. The job description will appear next to the number.

Use the Lookup to select the phase from which you want to transfer cost activity. If you select a phase here, it will filter the Original Transaction Lookup to only include activity for the phase you select.

Select the type of Cost Code activity you want to transfer. Your selection here will change the fields available on the Transfer Activity tab.

You can select from: Material, Subcontractor, General, and Process.
