PR Add Tax Codes window
Use this window to add Tax Codes to your organization. When you enter a new Tax Code in this window, the Tax Code will use the standard deduction and withholding information defined in the CMS tax table.
Add
Use the check boxes in this column to select the Tax Code(s) you want to add.
Tax Code
Leave the existing Tax Code name or enter a name of up to 10 characters for the Tax Code.
CMS Tax Code
This fields in this column are informational and display the CMS Tax Code.
Description
This fields in this column are informational and display the description for the CMS Tax Code.
Tax Type
This fields in this column are informational and display the tax type for this Tax Code.
Succeeded
The fields in this column are informational only and indicate whether the Tax Codes you selected were successfully added to your organization.
Check All
Click this button to select all the Tax Codes in the window.
Uncheck All
Click this button to uncheck all the Tax Codes in the window.
Add
Click this button to add the selected Tax Codes to Payroll.
Close
Select this button to close the window and return to the PR Update Tax Codes window.
