PR Employee Direct Deposit window - <Employee Name>
Use this window to set up direct deposit information for the selected employee.
Employee Number 
This field is informational only and shows the Employee Number for the selected employee.
Employee Name 
This field is informational only and shows the Employee Name for the selected employee.
Bank Account Number 
Enter the bank account number for this direct deposit.
Route/Transit Number 
Enter the bank’s routing/transit number.
Description 
Enter a description for this bank account/direct deposit.
Type 
From the drop-down, select whether this is a checking or savings account.
Status 
From the drop-down, select the employee’s direct deposit status. You can choose Active, Inactive, Send prenote, or Prenote sent.
This must be set to Active before direct deposits will be processed. If you need to send a prenote, process it as you would a direct deposit.
Dollar/Percent 
From the drop-down, select whether this direct deposit is a dollar amount or a percentage of the amount available.
Amount/Percent 
Enter the dollar amount or percentage for this direct deposit. If you enter a percentage, the amount deposited is based on the check amount remaining for this priority. You can change the priority in the Direct Deposit Information grid on Direct Deposit tab of the PR Employee Management window.
