Benefits/Deductions tab: Benefits/Deductions
Use this tab to define benefits and deductions for this employee. This grid is informational only and displays the information for each code you add to the employee through the PR Employee Benefits/Deductions window. Click the Edit button and then right-click in the first column to delete a row or double-click anywhere in a row to edit it.
Code 
This column displays the Benefit/Deduction Code you added to this employee.
Class 
This column displays the class you defined for this Benefit/Deduction Code.
Description 
This column displays the description attached to the Benefit/Deduction Code.
Amount 
This column displays the amount you defined for this Benefit/Deduction Code.
Month to date 
This column shows the month-to-date benefit or deduction total.
Quarter to date 
This column shows the quarter-to-date benefit or deduction total.
Year to date 
This column shows the year-to-date benefit or deduction total.
