This menu option is only enabled if you selected the
Enable QuickBooks Time integration check box in
Module Preferences.
Use this window to export your employee information to QuickBooks Time. This will create new records and update existing records.
Piece Work pay rates will not export to QuickBooks Time.
Use these fields to set the starting and ending Employee Number for the range of employees you want to export. If you leave the defaults of Start and End, all employees will be exported. QuickBooks Time only allows Employee Numbers that contain alphanumeric characters, periods, dashes, and underscores. If you try to export employees with other characters, you’ll receive an error report.
QuickBooks Time only allows Pay Rates with alphanumeric characters. If a Pay Rate attached to an employees contains other characters, those characters are removed during the export. If this process creates duplicate Pay Rates for an employee, you will receive an error report.
