Viewing Employee History
You can view year-to-date history for an employee on the YTD Summary tab of the PR Employee Management window. This tab displays detail information about each posted payroll as well as summary information for the year. The information on this tab is read-only. You can use the sort and filter features to view the information in different ways.
To view history information for an employee, select Employees > Add / Change Employee Records from the navigation pane and click the YTD Summary tab in the PR Employee Management window.
You can also use this tab to print the employee’s History Report and to print W-2 Preview Reports.
