The PR W-2 Preview Report window allows you to print employee W-2 information before you process final forms. To get an accurate preview, set up your formats in the PR W-2 Formats window. You can print this report for one employee, a range of employees, or all employees for the date range you select.

To access this report, select Reporting > W-2 Preview Report from the left navigation pane and in the window that appears, set the criteria you want to see.
