PO Buyer Login window

PurchaseOrderCS > Purchase Order > Purchasing Tasks menu > PO Buyer Login window

Use this window to log into the PO Enter Purchase Orders, PO Receive Items, PO Generate from Recurring, or PO Generate from Inventory, or if you are accessing it from Job Cost (Business product only), the JC Generate Purchase Orders windows.

Batch

This field only shows if the Login window appears when accessing the receiving window. This read-only field reflects the active batch in which the buyer is currently working or attempting to log into.

Buyer

Depending on the system set up, your Buyer Code and Name might appear here by default. If this is not the case, type or use the Lookup to select your Buyer Code.

Password

Enter your password in this field; remember that it is case-sensitive.

Click this button to log in as the selected buyer.
