AP Frequency Codes window
Frequency Codes are used to group recurring transactions that you want to generate together. You attach these to recurring transactions in the
Set Up Recurring Bills window or
AP Enter Bills window, and then choose them when generating the transactions in the
AP Generate Recurring Bills window.
After you set up Frequency Codes and recurring transactions for the group, you can process all the transactions with the same Frequency Code in one easy step.
Frequency Code
Enter a code of up to six characters to identify this group of recurring transactions. For example, if you pay bills on the 10th of each month, you can create a Code called 10MTH. Or, if you pay some bills quarterly, you can call the Code QRTRLY.
