User-Defined Fields (if defined)
Report Type
Select a report type from the Report Type drop-down list. The options include:
Detailed: prints the activity detail for each customer.
Condensed: prints the totals for each customer by aging period.
Summary: prints the totals for each AR Code in each aging period.
Single Line: prints each customer on only one line.
Aging Periods
Enter the aging periods to include in the report. There are five possible periods, 0-4, based on your entries in the AR Code window. The current period is 0.
Aged From
Enter the date from which you want to calculate aging for the customer accounts. For example, if today is April 30 and you enter this date, the report will count back the number of days for each period to show you totals for each.
Last Payment Date
Select this check box if you only want to see certain records according to the last date a payment was received and enter the date in this box. For example, if today was March 31, and you entered March 15 as the Last Payment Date, only customers that did not have a payment recorded by March 15 would be included in the report.
AR Code
Accept the default of ALL to select customers regardless of their AR Code. You can enter a specific AR Code to include only customers with the specified code.
Filter
Use the drop-down to select a User-Defined Field to use as a filter for the report. These fields are set up in the AR Module Preferences window. If you do not want to use a UDF as a filter, leave the default of <None>.
Customer / Name / Salesperson / Total Due / Type / UDF
Enter a starting and ending value in the Customer, Name, Type, and/or User-Defined Field boxes to further define the information to be included in the report. Only items within the range or ranges selected will appear on the report. Keep the defaults of Start and End to select all items that meet the remaining criteria in the window.
Any customer accounts with a total due outside the total due range are excluded. The range can be from any negative number to any positive number, such as -$1000.00 to $3000.00.
Skip Zero Balance
If you select this check box, customers with a zero balance will not appear on the report.
Use a custom report
This check box is only available if you defined a custom report for this window in Controller. Select this check box if you want to run a custom report instead of the default report. The drop-down is enabled after you select the check box and you can choose the custom report you want to run.
