AR Customer Quick List window
Use this report to generate a list of customer names, numbers, and email addresses. For example, a list might be helpful if you want to assign customers to your sales team based on alphabetical order, customer number, or one of the other options.
You can print the Customer Quick List for all customers or a range of customers. You can choose parameters for customer number, name, and type. You can also sort the report by one of several customer record fields listed in the report setup window.
Sort By
Select from the following options to sort your customers. The field you choose will automatically also appear on the report.
• Customer Number
• Customer Type
• Customer Name
• Salesperson Code
• Biller Code
• Transaction Type
• Date
• Document #
• Billing Zip Code
• AR Code
• Accounts Receivable User-Defined Fields (if defined)
AR Code
Accept the default
ALL to select customers regardless of their
AR Code. You can enter a specific AR Code to include only customers with the specified code.
Filter
Use the drop-down to select a User-Defined Field to use as a filter for the report. These fields are set up in the
AR Module Preferences window. If you do not want to use this feature, leave the default of <
None>. The UDF you select in this drop-down will appear as a filter in this window.
Additional Filter
From this drop-down, you can choose to filter the report by
Biller Code or
Additional Date. The
Additional Date label can be customized in the
Additional Customer Date Title field in
Module Preferences.
Customer / Name / Type / UDF
Enter a starting and ending value in the Customer, Name, Type, and/or User-Defined Field (if defined) boxes to further define the information to include on the report. Only items within the range or ranges you select will appear on the report. Keep the defaults of Start and End to select all items that meet the remaining criteria in the window.
