TSYS Setup window
After you set up your Genius Customer Engagement Device (CED) according to the instructions, use this window to enter the connection information for your device.
TSYS Account Name 
Enter the account name provided to you by TSYS.
TSYS Site ID 
Enter the site ID for the building where you’ll use your Genius Customer Engagement Device. This information is provided to you by TSYS.
TSYS Password 
Enter the password provided to you by TSYS for this account.
Doing Business As Name 
Enter the name of your business as you want it to appear on your Genius Device. This field autofills with the name of the Denali company, but you can change it.
Terminal ID 
If you accept MasterCard, you must define a terminal ID. If you use Point of Sale, this is your default ID, but you can change it for each Register Code. If you use Order Entry, this is the terminal ID for all MasterCard transactions.
Genius Device IP Address 
Enter the IP address for your Genius Device. For information about locating the IP address of your device, refer to the TSYS documentation. If you have multiple devices, you must set up a different IP address for each device on your Register Code.
Test Connection to Genius Device 
After you enter an IP address for your Genius Customer Engagement Device, click this button to test its connection.
Use Genius device for preauthorized payments 
This check box is only enabled if you entered an IP address. Select this check box if you want to preauthorize payments in Sales by having the customer swipe a payment card through the Genius device. If you leave it unchecked, the salesperson will enter preauthorization payment information through the web portal.
