JC Phase Template window
Use this window to set up Phase Templates. Phase Templates allow you to group Cost Code Templates together and adjust them for a specific phase. You can add Phase Templates to one job or several jobs.
Phase Template
Enter a name of up to 20 characters to identify this Phase Template. After you enter a name for this Phase Template and leave the field, the grid on the Detail tab is enabled and you can select the Cost Code Templates to include in the Phase Template.
Description
Enter a description of up to 50 characters for this Phase Template.
Units Produced
Enter the number of units this Phase Template produces.
Price Per Unit
Enter the price per unit for this Phase Template.
Total Price
This field is read-only and displays the total price. This is calculated by multiplying the number of units produced and the price per unit.
Budget
This field is read-only and displays the total budget from the Cost Code Templates you added to this Phase Template.
Cost Estimate
This field is read-only and displays the total cost estimate of the Cost Codes Templates you added to this Phase Template.
Price Estimate
This field is read-only and displays the total price estimate of the Cost Codes Templates you added to this Phase Template.
