The Purchase Order menu offers easy access to some of the more commonly-used functions.

Retrieve Purchase Order

Use this option to retrieve a previously saved order.

(Fund product only) If you are encumbering, the Lookup that appears will show all orders in the current batch.

New Purchase Order

When you select this option, a new purchase order window appears in which you can enter another purchase order.

Delete Purchase Order

This option is only available when a saved purchase order is open in the window. If you select this option, the purchase order is deleted from the system.

Print Purchase Order

Select this button to print the current purchase order or a range of orders. When you click this button, a prompt to save the current order might appear, and then the PO Print/Reprint Purchase Orders window opens.

Save Purchase Order

Click this button to save the current purchase order and clear the fields so you can enter the next order.
