PR Import Employees from QuickBooks Time window
This menu option is only enabled if you selected the Enable QuickBooks Time integration check box in Module Preferences.
Use this window to import your employee information from QuickBooks Time. This will create new records and update existing records in the Employee Management window.
Employees that are archived in QuickBooks Time won’t be included when you import. If an employee has an inactive status in Denali and an active status in QuickBooks Time, the employee will be updated with the status from QuickBooks Time.
Stare and End: QuickBooks Time Username 
Type the range of QuickBooks Time Usernames you want to import. If you want to import one employee, enter the same Username in the Start and End fields. The Username in QuickBooks Time becomes the Employee Number in Denali.
Default Department or Program 
This field is required for new Denali employees. Enter the default Department or Program Code for employees that don’t exist in Denali. You can edit the Code after you import, but you must select a Department or Program Code to import the employee record in Denali.
Default Status 
The Active field is required for new Denali employees. Enter a default active Status Code for employees that don't exist in Denali. All new employees you import will be assigned this Status Code, but you can change the Code in the Employee Management window after the import is complete.
An inactive Status Code is only required if you are importing employees that are archived in QuickBooks Time, but have an active status in Denali. This will change the employee Status Code to the inactive Code you enter here.
QuickBooks Time stores less information than Denali, therefore, you must complete new employee information in the Employee Management window.
The following information is created or updated in Denali when you import from QuickBooks Time:
First and Last Name
Employee Number (Username in QuickBooks Time)
Hire Date
Email
Status (set to the default Active Status you select in this window. Keep in mind that if an employee that exists in Denali is archived in QuickBooks Time, the status is set to the default Inactive Status you select in this window)
Department or Program (new employees only; set to the default Department or Program you select)
Payment Type (new employees only)
Social Security Number (new employees only; set to 000-00-0000)
