PR Import Daily Units from QuickBooks Time window
This menu option is only enabled if you selected the
Enable QuickBooks Time integration check box in
Module Preferences.
Use this window to import daily units for your employees from QuickBooks Time.
Starting/Ending Date
The starting date defaults to the day after the date displayed in the End Date of Last Timesheet Import field in Module Preferences. If there is no date in Module Preferences, it defaults to the day after the current system date.
Type the dates or use the drop-down to select the starting and ending dates for which you want to import units from QuickBooks Time. Timesheets must be entirely within the date range to import. If any day on the timesheet falls outside the date range, the timesheet will not import.
When you select OK, Denali assesses the timesheets that will import from QuickBooks Time. If there are any errors, you will receive an error message. Click the Show Error Report button to view the error report. You can click OK to import the timesheets that do not contain errors or you can fix the errors and import again.
The data imports into the
PR Enter / Edit Daily Units window and is included when you run payroll.
